Data Deletion Policy

At Get your Display Name on WA, we value your privacy and ensure your data is not stored
longer than necessary.

1. Automatic Deletion

All user-submitted data (name, WhatsApp number, verification documents) is deleted within 30
days after the completion of your display name or verification process.

2. Manual Deletion Request

You may request immediate data removal by emailing [info@getyourdisplayname.com] with the
subject “Data Deletion Request.”
Your data will be permanently deleted from our system within 72 hours of confirmation.

3. Exceptions

We may retain data only if required by:
● Legal obligations or government requests.

● Security or fraud prevention measures.

4. Backup Data

Data stored in encrypted backups is automatically purged in the next 30-day backup cycle.
